It begins with a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, gradually changes to changes to elliptical motion at the center, and finally to a straight-line motion at the discharge end, keeping the material in constant contact with the screen surface without deterioration.

Working principle:

Gyratory vibrating screen puts the distribution of material device and screening plant together as it passes along the screen surface, and generates auto outline. Therefore, the smaller particle size of materials can be sieved rapidly, and the rest materials move to the outlet. the smaller particles is always glued to the deck because of no stir and vertical jumping when it moves, and pass the outlet momentarily, the movement of screen body is the approximate reciprocating linear motion path, which makes screen effect weakened, then the material which is bigger than the mesh size moves to the outlet direction and is out of the screen, this is the whole screening process. The bouncing ball is jumping constantly when the gyratory vibrating sifter is running; this process avoids the screen clogging efficiently, and makes sure the high efficiency.
