1. The spring design should choice the proper material of spring according to screening materials, environment condition and the proportion of material itself.
2. Must need to notice the bonding degree between the rubber and metal, to avoid bonding surface stress concentration.
3. In order to improve the lifespan of isolation machine, we advice to provide some appropriate pre-compression in the vertical shear direction, compression direction rigidity harden and direction of shear rigidity becomes soft;
4. The rubber is bad conductor, in order to prevent the temperature rise overtop thus impact the performance of rubber isolator, the rubber isolator is not suitable for producing too large, and it is suitable for easy to heat dissipation device, or choose the natural rubber. Just because the rubber isolator can change the energy into heat energy, it reduce the vibrating energy, reached the purpose of reducing vibration, so we usually take the rubber isolator as the vibration damper.
5. Scheduled maintain and replace the isolation spring, the isolator should avoid working in the tensile state.
