It is well-known there are many kinds of vibrating sifter, they can be applied in many industry areas, but they still has essential difference. Now let us talk about the difference between linear vibrating sifter and circular vibrating sifter.
Two-motor synchronous device generates reverse exciting force, forcing the screen box do the vertical movement with the sieve. When two vibrating motors that are longitudinally mounted on the screen box actuate the relative rotation, the material jumps and moves to the outlet under the exciting force on the screen deck surface. The size of materials that are smaller than the opening of screen deck, fall to the next layer through the deck. Then they go out from the outlet after continuous jump. After this process, different levels of material can be got, and the classification operation of material is finished.
When circular vibrating sifter on operation, first the materials will feed on the screen mesh, and the materials will be separated uniformly on screen mesh plates. The screen rolling bearing will stressed by highly shock-type loads mostly. And more, the screen bearing, while rotating about themselves axis going a way of circular elliptical or linear vibrating motion. This results in high radial accelerations which additionally stress the bearings and especially the cages considerably. The operating speeds are usually in a very high condition. As a result, the bearing temperatures are up to 20 to 30 degrees Kelvin higher than in normal applications. In addition, considerable misalignment between the bearing locations and considerable shaft deflections has to be accommodated.
