Gyratory vibrating screen is a kind of high standard vibrating screen. Gyratory vibrating screen composed by screen box, drive device, screen frame, reducer, support frame and so on. Its unique design feature as below:

  1. Screen box includes screen frame, sieve, deck, spring, and bouncing ball. Screen frame has three parts: frame, sieve and bouncing ball. There are two layers sieves on the screen frame up and down. The sieves are tensioned in the screen deck by the spring around the mesh grid, and then the bouncing balls are fixed in the mesh grid. The screen cover is made up of stainless steel or steel in order to play a role of sealing function, on the other hand, it has compaction effect to the screen. There are four observing windows on the top of screen cover for observing the material motion situation and maintenance. Screen box made of steel plate riveting. It comprises a sealed structure with screen cover; therefore, the material will be classified fully.
  2. Drive device includes driver, motor, lock sleeve, cardan shaft, circular nut with lock groove, lock washer, taper sleeve. The taper sleeve is fixed on screen frame.
