Sieve-plate is an important working part of vibrating sifter; each machine has to choice a suitable sieve-plate.

According to these different factors, such as material, situation, screening purpose, the sieve-plate model and material will be different, too. Common sieve-plate species include perforated screen plate, slot screen plate, bar sieve-plate, woven screen sieve-plate, polyurethane sieve-plate. Mega Young will give you the brief introduction.

1. Perforated screen plate is coined into round, rectangle and square hole on 5-12mm thickness steel plate.

2. Bar screen plate is composed of a certain cross section shape of steel bar, which is aligned parallel to each other.

3. Woven screen plate consists of woven metal wire; the mesh shape is square or rectangle.

4. Slot screen plate is made up of stainless steel; it is divided into weld, woven and insertion three types.
