The sieve is necessary quick-wear parts of vibrating screen, considering of our clients’ benefits, here, we provide several ways to reduce the wastage of sieve.

First of all, the right sieve texture should be selected; different materials have choose the different sieve. This aspect should be pay more attention.

Secondly, each of model sieve have various thicknesses wire diameter. We should choose the coarser one.

Thirdly, intensity of sieve-mesh is another element. Intensity is bigger, lifespan will be longer.

Finally, keep cleaning the mesh-sieve frequently, the sieves up and down must be cleaned up before the next batch comes, otherwise, the sieve will be worn out by the rest material.
